On May 16, 2017, at approximately 8:15 p.m. the Kingston Police Drug Enforcement Unit with assistance from the Uniform Patrol Division stopped a vehicle on Montreal Street. The driver 40-year-old David Argue and two passengers, 59-year-old Dale Serson and 60-year-old Bonnie Amyotte, all from Kingston, were arrested.

Approximately 9 ounces of crystal methamphetamine was located inside the vehicle.  The vehicle along with offence-related property was seized.

Argue, Serson and Amyotte have all been charged with possession of crystal methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking. Argue and Serson were held in custody while Amyotte was released on a recognizance of bail.

Kingston Police seized: 9 ounces of crystal methamphetamine worth an estimated $25,000, and a Subaru Impreza vehicle.
