Man wearing a kilt and cowboy hat charged after exposing himself at Rock Glen Conservation Area


(ARKONA, ON) – On July 26, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were requested to attend the Rock Glen Conservation Area to investigate an indecent act.

The investigation revealed that on this date between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.; a 34-year-old male had been wearing a Scottish kilt and a cowboy hat within the Rock Glen Conservation area. It was at this time the male had been observed intentionally exposing his genitalia within the parking lot and waterfall area(s).

A short time later, the male was confronted by a concerned citizen.  The male immediately left the area at which time OPP were requested to attend. As a result of the investigation, Ryan William STUART, 34 years-of-age of Sarnia, Ontario has been charged with allegedly committing an indecent act in a public place, failing to comply with conditions and failing to comply with a probation order. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing dated for today.
