Manitoba man loses company truck after being caught stunt driving

(FORT FRANCES, ON) –On Sunday July 30, 2017, at 9:15 pm, Rainy River District Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting general patrols on Kings Highway 71 in Chapple Township.

The officer observed a motor vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed. A 33 years old man from Winnipeg Manitoba has been charged with “Stunt Driving” as per the Highway Traffic Act section 172(1). The male’s driving privilege was suspended for seven (7) days and the vehicle was also impounded for the same length of time.

He is to attend Fort Frances Court on September 15 2017 to answer to the charge.
