Minto school bus fire deemed suspicious

(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – June 30, 2017 at approximately 8:00 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with The Minto Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on Webb Street, Harriston. It was reported that a parked school bus was on fire.

The vehicle was not being used at the time and there have been no injuries reported.

Damage values have not been assessed at this time.

OPP and Minto Fire Department are currently investigating and have notified The Ontario Fire Marshall Office.

The fire is being treated as suspicious.
