Norfolk OPP execute search warrant in Delhi, 4 people face trafficking charges

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand/Norfolk County Street Crime Unit along with assistance of Canine Services and the Emergency Response Team (ERT), have arrested and charged two (2) males and two (2) females after executing a search warrant at a Main Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Thursday, July 6, 2017 members of the OPP attended the Main Street address and executed a search warrant.

During the course of the search warrant, police took two (2) males and two (2) females into custody without incident.

Investigators have recovered a quantity of illicit drugs and Canadian currency.

As a result, police have charged 30-year-old Edward James WILLS of Norfolk County, Ontario with the following offences:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking Oxycodone
  • Possession of Marihuana
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Charged with the following offences is 25-year-old Robert Richard William SHARPE of no fixed address:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking Oxycodone
  • Possession of Marihuana
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Charged with the following offences is 55-year-old Patricia Dawn WILLS of Norfolk County, Ontario:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking Oxycodone
  • Possession of Marihuana
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Charged with the following offences is 32-year-old Stephanie Amber BROWN of no fixed address:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking Oxycodone
  • Possession of Marihuana
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000

All are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
