OPP execute drug warrant in Clinton

(Clinton, ON) – On July 13, 2017, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Huron – Perth Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence on Albert Street, in the Town of Clinton, Huron County, Ontario.

As a result of the execution of the search warrant, Police seized cocaine, oxycodone, morphine, cannabis resin, and cannabis marihuana. The estimated, combined street value of the seized controlled substances is $1,940.00.

Police also seized offence related property that consisted drug trafficking paraphernalia, and cash.  The estimated, combined value of the offence related property is $5,300.00.

Matthew PRITCHARD (32) of Clinton is charged with possession for the purposes of trafficking oxycodone and marihuana. He is also charged with possession of cocaine, cannabis resin, and morphine.

PRITCHARD was released on a Promise to Appear for court in Goderich on the 14th of August, 2017.
