(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On July 7, 2017, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crimes Unit and the South Bruce OPP executed a search warrant at a property along Victoria Street in Bruce Township.
As a result of the execution of the search warrant, police recovered a large quantity of stolen property.
Forty-one-year-old Peter JOHN of Bruce Township was charged with 12 counts of fraud under $5,000, break and enter, and fail to comply with recognizance.
Thirty-three-year-old Samantha HORROCKS of Bruce Township was charged with 12 counts of fraud under $5,000, break and enter, and fail to comply with recognizance.
They were both held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for July 8, 2017.
