A 20-year-old local woman was arrested after she skipped out on her dinner bill and then returned to the same restaurant a few days later.
On July 17, 2017, the accused attended a downtown restaurant where she ordered an alcoholic drink and some food. A waiter recognized the accused from a few days earlier when she had skipped out on her bill for drinks and food. The accused was spoken to by a supervisor and she agreed to pay both bills. After she finished her meal the accused attempted to leave without paying once again, but this time she was caught and police were called.
The accused was issues a notice to appear in court and released. The accused was charged with two counts of fraudulently obtaining food.
