Drugs and stolen vehicles recovered, Trevor Jesse Herdman, of Thorold, wanted on a host of charges


On August 17th 2017, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service began an investigation into a residential break and enter that occurred in the Vineland area. This investigation was actively investigated by members of the St. Catharines Street Crime Unit and uniform patrol members.

The investigation led investigators to a Thorold address where they were able to recover most of the stolen property. While at the Thorold address the suspect arrived and noticed Police presence, which prompted him to speed away.  The suspect was last seen accelerating at a high rate of speed towards the 406.

Police obtained judicial authorization to enter and search the suspect’s residence.

As a result of the investigation Police recovered the following stolen property:

• a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 valued at $40,000
• a homemade Trailer valued at $6500
• a 2006 Suzuki ATV valued at $6000
• Numerous power tools valued at $4000
• 61 grams of cocaine which holds an estimated street value of $6000
• $780 in Canadian currency

As a result of the investigation Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 33 year old Thorold resident.

Trevor Jesse Herdman aka Jesse Sarcino of Thorold is currently being sought by Police for the following offences:

Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000 x3
Driving while Disqualified
Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
Flight From Police
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2
Possession of Proceeds of Crime
Fail to comply with his Recognizance x 3 

HERDMAN is currently wanted with the Niagara Regional police and is actively evading his arrest.  Please see the attached photograph of HERDMAN.
