On Saturday, August 19, 2017, at approximately 12 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police received a report of a man who was believed to be following women around the Kitchener Market and possibly taking pictures up their skirts.
A witness reported seeing the suspicious male standing closely to women with what appeared to be a small device with a lens on his shoe. The suspect ran from the area after he realized the witness was watching him. The witness attempted to stop the male and an altercation occurred on Eby Street, near Duke Street.
The suspect was last seen in the Victoria Street and Margaret Avenue area. He is described as male, white, 20 to 30 years old, five-feet 11-inches tall with an average build and brownish hair. He has a tattoo of letters on the left side of his chest. He was wearing a Boston bruins baseball hat, a navy blue T-shirt and grey jeans.
