The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in an investigation into threats made to a Parking Enforcement Officer.

It is alleged that:

  • on Thursday, August 10, 2017, at 6:55 p.m., a Parking Enforcement Officer placed a parking ticket on a vehicle illegally parked in a laneway, in the Sentinel Road and Cook Road area
  • a man, 27, became very aggressive verbally and physically with the Parking Enforcement Officer

On Friday, August 11, 2017, Jeffrey Osarhiemen, 27, of Toronto, surrendered to police at 31 Division. He has been charged with:

1) Assault Peace Officer
2) Threaten bodily harm

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, room 301.
