Tractor driver leaves scene after fatal collision with motorcycle

On Saturday August 9th 2014, a 44yr old Niagara man was killed when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a farm tractor on Upper Centennial Parkway and Highland Road, in the City of Hamilton. The operator of the tractor, David BOBOR 48yrs failed to remain at the scene of the collision.  He was later identified, arrested and charged under the Criminal Code.

Justice Zivolak found the accused David BOBOR guilty of Failing to Remain at the scene of the accident. He is scheduled to be sentenced August 25th 2017.
