Region of Peel– Investigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have issued an arrest warrant for a male suspect in relation to a break and enter and theft investigation that occurred in the City of Mississauga.
Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in locating John ABDEL-MALEK, a 50 year old male of no fixed address. A warrant of arrest has been issued for ABDEL-MALEK for Break and Enter and three counts of Theft Under $5,000.00.
On Tuesday July 25, 2017 at approximately 7:40 p.m. John ABDEL-MALEK entered a business establishment in the area of Lakeshore Road and Stavebank Road South in the City of Mississauga. ABDEL-MALEK then entered into an employee’s only area and is seen on video taking employee personal belongings.
John ABDEL-MALEK is described as male, white, 5’11 feet tall, 216 pounds with a medium build. He has a shaved head with receding black hair, brown eyes, mustache and goatee and seen wearing glasses.
John ABDEL-MALEK drives a 2013 red Chevorlet Malibu bearing an Ontario license plate number *CBKH864*.
Investigators believe that John ABDEL-MALEK is actively evading arrest within the Greater Toronto Area. If seen, please do not approach and call police immediately.
