York Police seek witnesses of graffiti incident at Markham high school

Investigators would like to speak with any witnesses that may have seen a suspect spray painting graffiti on a high school in Markham.

On Thursday, August 24, 2017, York Regional Police were called by an employee with the York Region District School Board who located graffiti that had been spray painted on the grounds of Markham District High School, which is located at 89 Church Street. Investigators believe that the suspect painted the words and image during the late night hours of Wednesday, August 23, 2017, or the early morning hours of Thursday, August 24, 2017.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone in the area that may have video surveillance or that may have information on this incident.
