Police are trying to identify suspects after the owner of a comic book business had his home and business location broken into over the past two weeks.

On Monday September 18, 2017, the owner returned home to find a collection of comics had been taken from his Newcastle home while he was at work. The comics are worth about $54,000. There is no suspect information.

On Saturday September 23, 2017, police were called to a Pickering warehouse that operates a comic book business on Brock Road that was broken into. It’s believed two suspects entered the warehouse office overnight and stole a box of comic books valued at approximately $250,000.

The suspects are described as: male, with their faces covered with masks and scarves. Both were wearing gloves.
