Toronto Police respond to construction site where worker dies after falling from the second floor

On Friday, September 15, 2017, police attended a call for an industrial accident at a construction site at 290 Yonge Street.

Police received information that a worker on the construction site had fallen from the second floor to the ground and suffered injuries.

The worker, a 34-year-old man, was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Toronto Police Service and the Ministry of Labour are investigating the death at this time.
