Hate crime investigators with the York Regional Police #4 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking information and witnesses after hateful, anti-Semitic graffiti was found near an off-ramp in the City of Vaughan.
On Friday, September 1, 2017, at approximately 8 a.m. York Regional Police responded to a report of hateful graffiti spray painted in orange paint on a concreate construction barrier on the side of the ramp coming from Bass Pro Mills Drive, going south on Highway 400.
Investigators are asking any witnesses, anyone with information or anyone with dashcam footage in that area to please come forward.
York Regional Police will not tolerate hate crime in any form. These kinds of crimes not only hurt the community that has been targeted, but they hurt us all.
