Police are trying to locate a patient who has been missing from Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health and Sciences since yesterday.
Anthony HEINEKAMP, 46, failed to return to the Whitby facility on the evening of Monday, October 2, 2017.
HEINEKAMP is described as male, white, 5’4″ tall and 179 lbs. with a shaved head. He was last seen wearing a black and green coat, blue jeans, black plaid shirt and black running shoes.
HEINEKAMP could be a danger to others especially if using substances. He is known to frequent bars and could possibly be in the Oshawa area.
