Man wanted in Aggravated Assault investigation, Kenneth Sanipass-Linklater, 31

The Toronto Police is seeking the public’s assistance locating a man wanted in an Aggravated Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

  • on Monday, October 16, 2017, at approximately 10:20 p.m., two men got into a verbal dispute near the St. Clair West Subway station, in the St. Clair Avenue West and Bathurst Street area.
  • one man then assaulted the other, striking him in the head with a piece of wood, causing serious injury
  • he fled before police and paramedics arrived
  • the injured man was taken to hospital where he remains in critical condition

Investigators have identified the man who assaulted the other man as Kenneth Sanipass-Linklater, 31, of Toronto.

He is wanted for:

1) Aggravated Assault
2) Assault with a Weapon

He is described as 5’9″, 170 lbs., with shoulder-length black hair, and a moustache. He was last seen wearing a black sweater and black pants. He should be considered dangerous. If seen do not approach, call 9-1-1 immediately.
