(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad would like to advise the public that a Federal Offender who went unlawfully at large on September 23, 2017 has been apprehended in the City of Toronto.
Stephane VOUKIRAKIS was located and arrested without incident by the Toronto Police Service on October 16, 2017. The offender served a sentence of five (5) years for Invitiation to Sexual Touching, Possession of Child Pornography and Luring a Child Under the Age of 16. He is currently bound by a Long Term Supervision Order until 2025 and his whereabouts became unknown.
The Provincial ROPE Squad would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this investigation.
ORIGINAL: The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his alleged breach of parole.
Stephane Voukirakis, 48, is described as 5’6″, 154 lbs., and is known to wear glasses.
He has served a sentence of five years for:
1. Invitation to Sexual Touching
2. Possession of Child Pornography
3. Luring a Child Under the Age of 16.
He is currently bound by a Long Term Supervision Order until 2025.
He is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area and Montreal, Quebec.
