UPDATE 2: On Sunday, October 8, 2017, at 5:30 p.m., Terry Graham, 49, of Toronto, surrendered to police. He is charged with:

1) Assault
2) Possession of an Incendiary Device
3) Arson – Having Disregard for Human Life
4) four counts of Attempt Murder

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Monday, October 9, 2017, 10 a.m., room 101.

UPDATE: Police believe he is driving a grey Chrysler 2003 Town and Country Van with Ontario licence plate BRHB 833

The Toronto Police Service requests assistance locating a man wanted in an Arson/Attempt Murder investigation.

On Saturday, October 7, 2017, at 4:45 a.m., officers responded to a call for a fire in the Edgewood Grove and Edgewood Avenue area.

It is alleged that:

  • a man became involved in an altercation in a home
  • he was asked to leave
  • he returned later and doused the home with an accelerant
  • he then set the home on fire with four people inside

Terry Graham, 49, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1) Assault
2) Possession of an Incendiary Device
3) Arson – Having Disregard for Human Life
4) four counts of Attempt Murder

He is believed to be violent and dangerous. If located, do not approach him. Call 9-1-1 immediately.

His photograph is released.
