Firearm allegedly recovered by Toronto Police

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the assistance of the public locating Wyette Arsenault, 20, of Toronto.

On Wednesday, October 11, 2017, members from the 32/33 Division Street Violence Task Force became involved in a firearms investigation in the Dufferin Street and Highway 401 area.

It is alleged that:

• a man was carrying a fully loaded .22 calibre revolver
• he discarded the firearm and left the area
• the firearm was recovered by Toronto Police

On Friday, October 13, 2017, members from the 32/33 Division Street Violence Task Force executed a search warrant.

Wyette Arsenault, 20, is wanted on several firearms offences.

He is described as 5’7, 155 lbs., with short black hair, down eyes, and a trimmed beard.

His photograph has been released.

He should be considered armed and dangerous.
