Hamilton Police Service is seeking public assistance in locating 16 year-old Olivia Hall-Davis. Judicial authorization has been granted to release the identity of Olivia Hall-Davis as there is reason to believe she is dangerous to others and publication of the information is necessary to assist the police in apprehending her.
On Friday, April 28, 2017, 33 year-old Hayder Qasim-Rushdi of Mississauga was rushed to the hospital after he entered the Pioneer Gas Station on Upper Centennial Parkway suffering from life threatening injuries. Hayder Qasim-Rushdi succumbed to his injuries on April 30, 2017.
As a result of the investigation, Hamilton Police Homicide Unit arrested and charged three young offenders with 2nd degree murder.
On September 6, 2017, 16 year-old Olivia Hall-Davis was released on a Recognizance of Bail, charged with 2nd degree murder. Hall-Davis was under strict conditions, one of which was to reside with a surety in the City of Toronto.
On October 25, 2017, Olivia Hall-Davis breached her conditions and is currently wanted by the Toronto Police for failing to comply with her Recognizance.
NOTE: Judicial authorization has been granted to release photographs and name of Olivia Hall-Davis. This authorization prohibits publication of photographs and name of Olivia Hall-Davis after Monday, November 13, 2017.
Police believe Olivia Hall-Davis to be in the City of Toronto.
