The Hamilton Police Service requires the public’s assistance in identifying the person responsible for a Break and Enter incident at an LCBO location.

On Saturday August 19th, 2017 shortly after 4:45am, Hamilton Police responded to the report of a break and enter occurring at the LCBO, located at 971 Fennell Ave East, in the city of Hamilton.

A male suspect had entered the store by smashing the front door and fled the scene on foot, in a south east direction with several bottles of alcohol.

One day prior to the entry, this same male is believed to have attended a bar close to the LCBO on Upper Gage, and was asked to leave after accessing a bottle of gin from his back pack and consuming its contents.

The male is described as Caucasian, 18-25 years old, average height with a thin build and dark hair. He was wearing a newspaper boy/Kangol style white hat, light grey pants, light coloured running style shoes, and a black and grey zip up jacket (this appears blue and black in some of the images). The suspect wore the disguise of a blue scarf to cover up his face during the entry and was carrying a black back pack. When he attended the bar a day prior, he was wearing a blue toque/skull cap and was carrying a skateboard.
