(SIMCOE, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, the OPP Digital Forensics Unit and the Norfolk County OPP Detachment have arrested and charged a Simcoe man following a one month long internet investigation.
On November 29, 2017 police executed a search warrant at a Simcoe residence. As a result of this investigation, one computer and several other related items were seized.
On November 29, 2017, police arrested Brian Andrew FOX, 58-years- old of Simcoe, Ontario and charged him with one count of Making Available Child Pornography, one count of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Accessing Child Pornography.
The accused is scheduled to appear at a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on December 8, 2017.
The investigation is continuing.
