A Timmins man is facing multiple child pornography-related charges following a collaborative two month online investigation between the Timmins Police Service and the Ontario Provincial Police.
On November 29th, 2017, as part of the ongoing investigation, members of the Timmins Police Service, the Ontario Provincial Police Child Sexual Exploitation Unit and the Ontario Provincial Police Technological Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in Timmins. As a result, Zachary PARADIS, 40, of Timmins faces charges of:
- Make Available Child Pornography
- Possession of Child Pornography
- Accessing Child Pornography; and
- Breach of Recognizance
Paradis was held in custody pending a bail hearing scheduled for December 1, 2017.
